Nine participants received framed certificates of completion from the SC State University Expanded Food Nutrition Program. The participants were led by Inetta Cooper Fulton learning tips on stretching food dollars and sampling nutritious recipes. With the music of "Pomp and Circumstances" played in the background, the graduates proudly completed evaluations of their 6 week course. Attendance was 100% and active participation was evident.
