Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church Blesses Felician Center

Under the leadership of Sharon Galloway, FCI board member and parishioner of OLSS Catholic Church in North Myrtle Beach, the Columbiettes donated and prepared Easter baskets for the children in the Learning Adventure program. The children engaged in some Easter art activities, watched a DVD with the Easter story of the resurrection, enjoyed an egg hunt and celebrated the holiday/holyday.

A few days later, several men from Knights of Columbus Council #7122 from OLSS journeyed to Kingstree to volunteer in a workday for Felician Center. Lights were changed, driveways were pressure washed, hedges were trimmed, pine straw spread and utility closets cleaned out. Local volunteers Lee and Kim Lineberger were also assisting in the outdoor tasks.
