Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

The Felician Center Spaghetti Dinner was a wonderful success on March 5^th.  Jeffrey Panther, the newest board member, was the chef of the very delicious sauce and meatballs.  Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, and dessert were the menu.  He was assisted by Institutional Advancement members Virginia Jonte, Salley Jenkinson, Libby Voiselle, and Gladys Laurie.  The Sisters were working on outdoor traffic control, washing dishes, and serving the takeouts.  Special help came from young Sally Jenkiinson, granddaughter of board member, who knew just about every driver picking up the meals.

Special thanks to the local board members who sold tickets.  127 tickets were sold and there were some extra tips, too.  Total amount for the successful fundraiser was $1553.00.  And yes, there were leftovers for the kitchen crew to take home!
